Process Optimization Manager

- Analyze existing operational workflows and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

- Design and implement optimized processes across product, operations, analytics, and support functions

- Define operational metrics and monitor the impact of process improvements

- Work with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and improve coordination

- Identify opportunities for automation and reduce repetitive manual work

- Develop clear process documentation, guidelines, and operational frameworks

- Use data and performance indicators to prioritize optimization initiatives

- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and operational practices

- Monitor processes after implementation and continuously improve them as business needs evolve

- Help teams maintain operational consistency as products and workloads scale

- 3+ years of experience in operations, process optimization, business operations, or a similar role

- Strong understanding of operational workflows and process improvement principles

- Experience working with cross-functional product, analytics, technical, or customer-facing teams

- Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into practical improvements

- Experience defining KPIs and evaluating process performance

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

- Experience with project management, analytics, documentation, or workflow management tools

- Ability to structure complex processes and communicate them clearly

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
