Business Operations Analyst

• Analyze operational processes, workflows, and performance data

• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and operational KPI tracking

• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement

• Translate business data into clear findings and actionable recommendations

• Support teams in defining and monitoring operational performance metrics

• Analyze trends and investigate the causes behind performance changes

• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, and management teams

• Support the evaluation and implementation of process improvement initiatives

• Document workflows, requirements, findings, and proposed solutions

• Measure the impact of operational changes and provide follow-up analysis

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations Analytics, or a related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with operational KPIs, reports, and dashboards

• Ability to work with structured datasets and identify meaningful patterns

• Good understanding of business processes and operational workflows

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools

• SQL knowledge would be an advantage

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
